    差了些什么

     
    到达8月的时候,Jane以闪电式的速度离开了我们,坚决,而毫不留情。看似突然,却已经是详尽考虑后的人生安排。与高层方面淡然处之、稳定交接相对应,下属方面的意外、愕然,还是反应出了公司良好的保密工作。我甚至一度怀疑,总监会的高层都是固若金汤、不近人情,对深刻的分别没有任何乐观或悲观的情绪反映。直到获邀参加了Last Day那早例行的总监会议,看到一些总监当场泪流满面,我才知道某些情绪只是掩埋的太深,不到最后一刻不会轻易流淌出来。冷酷的职场背后,也有人生温暖的情绪。

    分别总是漫长而无知的,你虽然明知道离开的人,是为了追求自己新的幸福生活,却仍然忍不住任凭主观悲伤的蔓延。就算在外人看来,在这个行业里拼搏十多年的历练,位居高层的实力地位,足够丰厚的薪水,要轻易的放弃功名离开,也不似一件容易的事情。对于Jane,Leo形容过她是这个行业的才女,我们这堆小朋友的良师益友。你仰视过这数十年来Jane创造的辉煌作品,行业的声誉,带出的无数后来的行业新人。弹指一挥间,换来选择的离开,已是铁心决择。就在最后那段谈心时,她对我说“人生的前30年她选择了一种方式过一种人生,后30年她也想选择不同方式过另外一种人生,不存在后悔”。这些事情,基于功利的看法去判断,已是两岸猿声啼不住,轻舟已过万重山。
     
    只是事后回忆,在你看来送别、纪念这样重要的事情,却在别人眼里变成对新领导迫不及待的拥抱和欢呼,与人情之淡漠,好像过去几年共度的生活都没发生过,人走茶凉的事情,未免发生的太快,无法容忍。
